Description

The Palo Alto Networks PAN-PA-7500-MPC-A-SYS is a Management Processing Card (MPC) for the PA-7500 Series chassis-based next-generation firewall. It provides the dedicated management, logging and high-availability connectivity the chassis needs, with 2x SFP management ports, 2x QSFP28 logging ports and 2x QSFP-DD HA ports.

By separating management, logging and HA traffic onto dedicated high-speed ports, the card helps keep control-plane and reporting traffic isolated from the data path in large enterprise, data centre and service provider firewall deployments.

Warranty

Palo Alto Networks offers standard warranty coverage for both its hardware and software products to ensure reliability and peace of mind.
• Hardware Warranty: All Palo Alto Networks hardware is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty follows a return-and-repair service model. If a hardware issue occurs within this period, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued to facilitate the repair or replacement process.
• Software Warranty: Palo Alto Networks software carries a 90-day warranty, which includes access to all applicable updates, bug fixes, and feature upgrades during that time. Updates can be downloaded through the device interface or via the secure support portal, accessible upon account creation and device registration.
These warranties provide baseline protection and access to critical updates but do not include advanced support or next-business-day hardware replacement.
