The Palo Alto PAN-PA-5445-ATP is an Advanced Threat Prevention subscription licence for the PA-5445 next-generation firewall, supplied as a 1 year term. It adds inline, machine learning based detection and blocking of evasive and unknown threats to your PA-5445 appliance.

This is a subscription licence only and no hardware is included. It is designed for organisations running a PA-5400 Series firewall that want to extend threat prevention coverage on the PA-5445 for a fixed 12 month term.

Warranty

Palo Alto Networks offers standard warranty coverage for both its hardware and software products to ensure reliability and peace of mind.
• Hardware Warranty: All Palo Alto Networks hardware is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty follows a return-and-repair service model. If a hardware issue occurs within this period, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued to facilitate the repair or replacement process.
• Software Warranty: Palo Alto Networks software carries a 90-day warranty, which includes access to all applicable updates, bug fixes, and feature upgrades during that time. Updates can be downloaded through the device interface or via the secure support portal, accessible upon account creation and device registration.
These warranties provide baseline protection and access to critical updates but do not include advanced support or next-business-day hardware replacement.
