Description

This Palo Alto Networks PA-450R Advanced Threat Prevention subscription licence provides a 5-year term of ML-powered threat protection for the PA-450R ruggedised next-generation firewall. It is designed for industrial and operational technology networks where the PA-450R is deployed in harsh, uncontrolled environments and needs inline protection against advanced threats.

The subscription applies to the PA-450R running PAN-OS 11.1 and later, extending the firewall's Threat Prevention capability across the full five-year term. The PA-450R delivers 3.8/3.2 Gbps of firewall throughput (HTTP/appmix), 1.6/1.7 Gbps of Threat Prevention throughput and 2.2 Gbps of IPsec VPN throughput, with a DC-powered 1U design suited to ICS/SCADA architectures.

Warranty

• Hardware Warranty: All Palo Alto Networks hardware is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty follows a return-and-repair service model. If a hardware issue occurs within this period, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued to facilitate the repair or replacement process.
• Software Warranty: Palo Alto Networks software carries a 90-day warranty, which includes access to all applicable updates, bug fixes, and feature upgrades during that time. Updates can be downloaded through the device interface or via the secure support portal, accessible upon account creation and device registration.
These warranties provide baseline protection and access to critical updates but do not include advanced support or next-business-day hardware replacement.
