The PA-450R Advanced Threat Prevention subscription, 3-Year Term, adds inline, machine-learning-based threat detection and prevention to the Palo Alto Networks PA-450R ruggedised next-generation firewall. It is designed to identify and block evasive and previously unknown threats in real time, supporting stronger protection for industrial and harsh-environment network deployments.

This 3-year term licence is specific to the PA-450R from the PA-400 Series. It extends the firewall with intrusion prevention and command-and-control detection capabilities, helping organisations lock in security coverage for the full term and simplify renewal planning.

Warranty

Palo Alto Networks offers standard warranty coverage for both its hardware and software products to ensure reliability and peace of mind.
• Hardware Warranty: All Palo Alto Networks hardware is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty follows a return-and-repair service model. If a hardware issue occurs within this period, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued to facilitate the repair or replacement process.
• Software Warranty: Palo Alto Networks software carries a 90-day warranty, which includes access to all applicable updates, bug fixes, and feature upgrades during that time. Updates can be downloaded through the device interface or via the secure support portal, accessible upon account creation and device registration.
These warranties provide baseline protection and access to critical updates but do not include advanced support or next-business-day hardware replacement.
