Description

The Palo Alto Networks PA-410R is a ruggedised industrial next-generation firewall from the PA-400R series, built for harsh environments such as industrial sites and remote infrastructure. This hardware-only, non-5G model provides 2 x SFP ports and 4 x RJ45 gigabit ports, with 1.5 Gbps firewall throughput and 700 Mbps Threat Prevention throughput.

The PA-410R runs PAN-OS, the same software used across all Palo Alto Networks next-generation firewalls, and supports redundant DC power inputs, 128 GB of onboard storage and fail-open ports. It supports subscription security services including Advanced Threat Prevention, Advanced WildFire, Advanced URL Filtering and DNS Security, and requires PAN-OS 11.1.3 or later.

Warranty

Palo Alto Networks offers standard warranty coverage for both its hardware and software products to ensure reliability and peace of mind.
• Hardware Warranty: All Palo Alto Networks hardware is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty follows a return-and-repair service model. If a hardware issue occurs within this period, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued to facilitate the repair or replacement process.
• Software Warranty: Palo Alto Networks software carries a 90-day warranty, which includes access to all applicable updates, bug fixes, and feature upgrades during that time. Updates can be downloaded through the device interface or via the secure support portal, accessible upon account creation and device registration.
These warranties provide baseline protection and access to critical updates but do not include advanced support or next-business-day hardware replacement.
