Description

The Palo Alto Networks PAN-M-300 is a 1U rack mount Panorama management appliance for centrally managing Palo Alto Networks firewalls. This 16TB RAID configuration (4 x 8TB) with dual hot-swap power supplies can be deployed as a Panorama manager, a management-only server or a dedicated Log Collector, and supports management of up to 1,000 firewalls.

Running PAN-OS and Panorama, the M-300 provides centralised policy, device provisioning and log management from a single platform. Two 100/1000/10000 Ethernet ports, a DB9 console port and a USB port cover network and local management access, while active/passive high availability supports resilient deployments.

If a hardware issue occurs within this period, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued to facilitate the repair or replacement process.
• Software Warranty: Palo Alto Networks software carries a 90-day warranty, which includes access to all applicable updates, bug fixes, and feature upgrades during that time. Updates can be downloaded through the device interface or via the secure support portal, accessible upon account creation and device registration.
These warranties provide baseline protection and access to critical updates but do not include advanced support or next-business-day hardware replacement.
