The Moxa MPC-3070W-E4-LB-T is a 7-inch fanless industrial panel computer built around an Intel Atom x6425E quad-core 2.0 GHz processor with 8 GB of DDR4 memory. It pairs a 400-nit projected-capacitive multi-touch display with an IP66-rated front panel and a wide -30 to 60°C operating range, making it suited to harsh, outdoor, marine and hazardous-location deployments.

Connectivity includes dual Gigabit Ethernet, two software-selectable RS-232/422/485 serial ports, two USB 3.0 hosts, HDMI output and isolated 4 DI / 4 DO. It supports Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021, Windows 11 Professional, Debian 11, Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and RHEL 9, with TPM v2.0 for hardware security and ATEX Zone 2, Class I Division 2, IECEx Zone 2 and maritime certifications.
