Description

The MC-7400 marine computer in the MC-7420-C7-AC model is a DNV GL-certified industrial PC built on a 6th Gen Intel Core i7-6822EQ processor with 4 GB DDR4 memory and an AC power input of 100 to 240 VAC. It is designed for shipboard monitoring and control, with 4 x NMEA 0183 ports, 4 digital inputs and 4 digital outputs, and compliance with the IEC 60945 maritime standard.

Three independent display outputs (DVI-I, DVI-D and DisplayPort), 5 Gigabit LAN ports, 4 serial ports and 9 USB ports provide the connectivity needed for integrating navigation, automation and data-logging systems. Two removable 2.5 inch storage bays, two SO-DIMM slots supporting up to 32 GB and a mini PCIe slot for wireless expansion allow the platform to be configured for the application. It supports Windows 10 IoT Enterprise and Debian 9 through Moxa's CTOS service, and operates from -25 to 55 degrees Celsius.
