Description

The MC-1100 Series MC-1112-E4-T is a fanless, DIN-rail mountable x86 embedded computer built around a quad-core Intel Atom E3845 processor with 4 GB of pre-installed DDR3L memory. It provides two Gigabit Ethernet ports, two software-selectable RS-232/422/485 serial ports and a VGA output, with a CFast slot for storage and no mPCIe expansion. It is designed for industrial automation, data acquisition and protocol gateway deployments where reliability matters.

The metal housing operates across a -40 to 70°C temperature range on a 12 to 36 VDC power input, and the unit carries hazardous location certifications (ATEX/IECEx Zone 2, Class I Division 2) and maritime approvals (DNV, LR, IEC 60945). It supports Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021 and Debian 9 Linux, with a built-in watchdog timer for automatic recovery.
