Description

The Moxa ISD-1110-T is a 7 data line RS-232 serial surge protector with a DB9 male connector, designed to shield modems, terminals, I/O ports and instrumentation from damaging voltage surges. It provides 4 kV surge protection to IEC 61000-4-5 for serial signal lines and supports baud rates from 50 bps to 921.6 kbps.

Built for demanding industrial sites, the ISD-1110-T operates across a wide -40 to 85°C temperature range in a compact plastic IP30 housing measuring 53 x 37 x 20.6 mm. Plug and play desktop installation makes it a simple way to harden existing RS-232 links against transient surges.
