Description

The EDR-G9004 Industrial Secure Router combines a firewall, NAT, IPsec VPN and routing in one DIN-rail unit built for industrial networks. This KC certified variant provides 2 x Gigabit RJ45 ports with Gen3 LAN Bypass plus 2 x Gigabit RJ45/SFP combo ports, with up to 2 Gbps routing and firewall throughput and up to 800 Mbps VPN throughput across a maximum of 250 IPsec tunnels. It operates from -10 to 60°C and does not carry conformal coating.

Deep packet inspection recognises industrial protocols including Modbus TCP/UDP, DNP3, IEC 60870-5-104, IEC 61850 MMS, EtherNet/IP, OPC UA and Siemens S7, allowing granular control over control-system traffic. Redundant dual 12/24/48 VDC inputs, a metal IP40 housing, Secure Boot and maritime, rail, substation and hazardous-location approvals make it suited to substations, transport, marine and factory automation deployments.
