Description

The EDF-G1002-BP/KC is an industrial firewall with IPS and deep packet inspection, built to protect critical assets and network zones in ITS, water, oil and gas, and factory automation environments. It provides two 10/100/1000BaseT(X) LAN ports plus a dedicated RJ45 management port, with software-configurable Gen3 LAN bypass for bump-in-the-wire installation. This is the KC (Korea certification) variant of the EDF-G1002-BP series.

The firewall delivers up to 1000 Mbps firewall throughput and 500 Mbps IPS throughput, supporting up to 120K concurrent connections. Deep packet inspection covers industrial protocols including Modbus, DNP3, IEC 104, IEC 61850 MMS, EtherNet/IP, OPC UA and S7. A metal housing, redundant 9.6 to 60 VDC power inputs and DIN-rail or wall mounting suit installation in demanding industrial cabinets.
