Description

The EDF-G1002-BP is an industrial next-generation LAN firewall with 2x Gigabit LAN ports and a dedicated Gigabit management port. It uses IPS/IDS and Deep Packet Inspection to protect mission-critical OT assets and segment network zones, while Gen3 LAN bypass allows bump-in-the-wire installation with minimal impact on the network. This is the standard temperature model, rated for -10 to 60 C operation, without conformal coating.

Built for control cabinets and plant-floor deployments, it has a compact metal housing with DIN-rail and wall mounting, redundant 12/24/48 VDC dual power inputs (9.6 to 60 VDC) and reverse polarity protection. Policies, patterns and firmware can be managed centrally through MXsecurity, with MXstudio supporting visualised industrial network management.
