The Moxa DA-720(CTO) is a 2U, 19-inch x86 rackmount industrial computer built around a dual-core Intel Core i5-6300U processor (2.4 GHz base). It is designed for power substation automation and railway wayside applications, with IEC 61850-3, IEEE 1613, IEC 60255 and EN 50121-4 compliance, dual power input and an extended operating temperature range of -25 to 55°C. This configure-to-order variant ships without mSATA, RAM or operating system, so it can be specified to suit each deployment.

With 14 Gigabit Ethernet ports, 2 software-selectable RS-232/422/485 serial ports and 3 proprietary PCIe expansion slots, the DA-720 suits network-dense control and communications roles. TPM v2.0 and UEFI Secure Boot support secure operation, and the platform supports PRP/HSR redundancy when paired with the optional expansion module.
