Description

The Moxa DA-682C-KL5-HH-T is a 2U, 19-inch rackmount industrial x86 computer built around a 7th Gen Intel Core i5-7300U processor. It offers 6 Gigabit Ethernet ports, 2 HDMI outputs, 2 RS-232/422/485 serial ports and 6 DI/2 DO, with dual redundant power inputs (100-240 VAC/VDC) and a -40 to 70°C operating range. It ships without RAM, storage or an operating system, so it can be configured to suit each deployment.

Designed for power substation automation and railway wayside applications, it complies with IEC 61850-3, IEEE 1613, IEC 60255 and EN 50121-4. Two hot-swappable 2.5-inch drive trays, an mSATA slot and two expansion module slots for LAN or serial modules give flexibility for control, communication and data acquisition roles in demanding environments.

A: No. This model ships without RAM, SSD/HDD storage or an operating system. It has 2 SODIMM DDR4 slots (32 GB maximum), 2 hot-swappable 2.5-inch drive bays and an mSATA slot for you to populate.

Q: What operating systems are supported?
A: Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2019 (64-bit) and Linux Debian 9 are supported. The Linux SDK also supports Debian 12, Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, RedHat 9 and CentOS 7.9. The operating system must be supplied separately.

Q: Can I add more network or serial ports?
A: Yes. The two module expansion slots accept Moxa modules such as the DN-LN04-RJ 4-port LAN module and the DN-SP08-I 8-port serial module.
