Description

The CP-138E-A-I is an 8-port RS-422/485 PCI Express x1 serial board with 2 kV electrical isolation and 4 kV surge protection, built for industrial automation, POS and ATM applications. This SKU ships without the connection cable, so it suits deployments where cables or connection boxes are specified separately.

The low-profile board offers a maximum baudrate of 921.6 kbps, a 128-byte FIFO per port and full modem control signals. Drivers are provided for Windows and Linux, and per-port Tx/Rx LEDs make field maintenance straightforward.
