Description

The Moxa CP-132UL-I-T is a 2-port RS-422/485 low-profile Universal PCI serial board with 2 kV optical isolation and a wide operating temperature range of -40 to 85°C. It is built for industrial automation and edge connectivity where long-distance serial communication must stay reliable in electrically noisy, harsh environments. The MD1 low-profile form factor fits small-sized PCs and compact industrial computers.

The board uses a 32-bit Universal PCI bus compatible with 3.3/5 V PCI and PCI-X slots, with two DB25 female connectors and an MU860 16C550C-compatible controller with 128-byte FIFO. Automatic data direction control simplifies RS-485 wiring, and drivers are provided for Windows, Linux, UNIX and WEPOS.
