Description

The Moxa CA-132I is a PC/104 serial board with 2 RS-422/RS-485 ports and 2 kV optical isolation, designed for PC/104 CPU boards that need reliable industrial serial connectivity. This standard temperature model (0 to 55°C) suits controlled environments where isolated serial links protect equipment from ground loops and electrical noise.

Two 16C550C compatible UARTs with 64-byte FIFOs support baudrates from 50 bps to 921.6 kbps. DIP switches set the I/O base address and interrupt vector, and up to 8 boards can be installed per PC. Drivers are available for Windows CE 5.0/6.0 and Windows XP Embedded.
