Description

The CA-132-T is a PC/104 bus serial board with 2 RS-422/485 ports, built to add multiport serial connectivity to PC/104 CPU boards in industrial embedded systems. This wide-temperature variant operates from -40 to 85°C and is the non-isolated model of the CA-132 range, suited to harsh-environment deployments where isolation is not required.

Each port supports RS-422, RS-485 4-wire and RS-485 2-wire operation at baudrates from 50 bps up to 921.6 kbps, with on-chip software flow control and Tx/Rx LEDs for each port. Compact 90 x 96 mm dimensions and a 5 VDC supply make it straightforward to integrate into stacked PC/104 designs.
