The Surface Pro 12-inch (2nd Edition) 5G is a fanless 2-in-1 tablet built for mobile business users, powered by the Snapdragon X2 Plus processor with a Qualcomm Hexagon NPU delivering up to 80 TOPS. This Wi-Fi + 5G configuration pairs 16GB LPDDR5x memory with 512GB UFS storage in a Platinum anodised aluminium finish and ships with Windows 11 Pro for business management and security.

The 12-inch PixelSense touchscreen (2196 x 1464, 3:2, up to 90Hz) supports 10-point multi-touch and pen input with the Surface Slim Pen (2nd Edition), which stores and charges on the back of the device. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, 5G with Nano SIM and eSIM, and two USB-C ports with DisplayPort 1.4a for up to two 4K external monitors. Secured-core PC protection with Microsoft Pluton, TPM 2.0 and Windows Hello face authentication helps keep corporate data safe.
