FAQs

Q: What makes this a Copilot+ PC?
A: The Intel Core Ultra 5 325 processor includes a dedicated Neural Processing Unit (NPU) that meets Microsoft's minimum threshold for Copilot+ PC certification. This enables AI-powered features in Windows 11 Pro such as Recall, live captions, image creation, and enhanced performance for AI workloads — without relying solely on the CPU or GPU.

Q: Is this Surface Laptop suitable for enterprise deployment in Australia?
A: Yes. Running Windows 11 Pro, this Surface Laptop supports domain join, BitLocker encryption, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune MDM, and Autopilot provisioning — making it ideal for enterprise IT environments across Australia.

Q: What connectivity does Wi-Fi 7 provide over Wi-Fi 6?
A: Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) delivers significantly higher throughput, lower latency, and improved performance in congested environments compared to Wi-Fi 6. It supports multi-link operation (MLO) for more reliable connections, which is particularly beneficial in dense office environments.

Q: Can I purchase this Surface Laptop from IP Trading in Australia?
A: Yes. IP Trading (iptrading.com.au) is an Australian-owned and operated B2B IT hardware reseller based in Australia since 2001. You can order this Surface Laptop directly through the website or contact the team for volume pricing and business purchasing assistance.

Q: What is the warranty on this Surface Laptop?
A: This Surface Laptop for Business includes a 2-year manufacturer warranty, providing peace of mind for business purchases.

Q: How does the 256GB SSD affect performance?
A: The 256GB NVMe SSD provides fast boot times and application loading speeds suitable for everyday business workloads. For users with larger storage requirements, consider pairing with cloud storage via Microsoft 365 or OneDrive, or request a quote for a higher-capacity configuration.
