The ThinkSystem SR630 V2 1U rack server is a 2-socket platform built on third-generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors, aimed at small businesses through to large enterprises that need reliability, management and security. This configuration includes one Intel Xeon Silver 4309Y 8-core 2.8GHz processor, 1x 16GB of memory, a 2.5-inch open drive bay chassis with no RAID controller fitted, and a single 750W hot-swap power supply.

The platform provides 32 DIMM slots with two processors, PCIe 4.0 expansion with two low-profile slots on this model, and a dedicated OCP 3.0 slot for networking. XClarity Controller embedded management, TPM 2.0 and hot-swap drives, power supplies and fans make it a dependable foundation for virtualisation, hybrid data centre and general business workloads.
