The ThinkSystem S4510 240GB 2.5-inch hot-swap SATA SSD is an enterprise solid state drive for ThinkSystem servers, built on Intel 64-layer 3D NAND TLC flash with a 6Gbps SATA interface. This 240GB, 2.5" SFF hot-swap model is optimised for read-intensive workloads such as server boot drives, web serving and light databases, delivering up to 560 MBps sequential read and 90,000 random read IOPS.

Endurance is rated at 2.1 DWPD, equal to 900 TB total bytes written, with an MTBF of 2,000,000 hours. Full end-to-end data path protection, enhanced power loss data protection and thermal throttling help protect data and extend drive life, while typical write power draw is as low as 2.4 W per drive.
