This 10GE SFP+ direct attach copper (DAC) cable is 3m long and designed for Juniper security (SRX) platforms. It provides a cost-effective short-reach 10 Gigabit Ethernet link between SFP+ ports within a rack or across adjacent racks, without the need for separate optical transceivers and fibre.

With SFP+ connectors fitted to both ends of a twinax copper cable, it simplifies deployment where a short, low-latency 10GbE connection is needed between SRX security appliances and switches or servers.
