The Juniper QFX5240 32-port 800GbE OSFP data centre switch delivers 25.6 Tbps switching capacity in a 1U fixed-configuration chassis purpose-built for AI/ML workloads and high-density IP fabric architectures. Deployed as a spine or leaf device, it supports breakout to 64x 400GbE, 160x 100GbE, or 128x 50GbE, and leverages Linear Pluggable Optics (LPO) consuming roughly half the power of traditional optics — making it an ideal high-performance, energy-efficient choice for modern data centre builds. TAA compliant with 1+1 redundant AC PSUs, hot-swappable fans, and airflow-out (front-to-back) cooling.

Running Junos OS Evolved, the QFX5241-32OD-AO-T supports EVPN-VXLAN, RoCEv2, BGP Additional Paths, and advanced telemetry with ECN/PFC counters for lossless fabric performance. Zero-touch provisioning (ZTP) and integrations with Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, and Juniper Apstra enable fully automated Day 0–Day 2+ operations. The 4-post toolless rack mount kit is included for rapid deployment.
