Description

The Juniper PTX10002-36QDD is a 2U fixed-configuration core router with 36 x 800GbE QSFP-DD800 ports, built on Juniper Express 5 silicon. It delivers 28.8 Tbps of system throughput and up to 10B pps forwarding in a single chassis, making it well suited to cloud, service provider and enterprise core and transport networks.

This configuration ships with redundant power supplies and hot-swappable fan trays for resilient operation. It supports MPLS, SR-MPLS, SRv6, EVPN/VXLAN and inline MACsec up to 800Gbps, and accepts 400GbE ZR/ZR+ and 800GbE extended-reach optics for long-haul and data centre interconnect deployments.
