Description

The Juniper ACX7100-32C is a fixed-configuration 1U cloud metro router with 4.8 Tbps of ASIC forwarding capacity, built for high-density service aggregation in metro and high-end multiservices networks. This variant provides 32 multi-rate 100GbE QSFP28 ports and 4 x 400GbE QSFP56-DD ports, with redundant DC power supply modules and front-to-back (airflow out, AFO) cooling for telco and data centre deployments.

It runs Junos OS Evolved with automation, zero-touch provisioning and programmability, and supports MACsec line-rate encryption on all QSFP28 and QSFP56-DD ports. The QSFP56-DD ports support ZR/ZR+ pluggable coherent optics, and the QSFP28 ports can be channelised to 10, 25 and 50GbE for flexible port breakout.

Features

- Deep-buffer, high-density service aggregation for secure metro and high-end multiservices applications
- MACsec on all ports for line-rate link encryption
- Port channelisation and multi-rate support (10/25/50/100/400GbE)
- Supports ZR/ZR+ pluggable coherent optics on QSFP56-DD ports
- Junos OS Evolved with zero-touch provisioning, automation and programmability
- Redundant power supply modules and fan cooling
