Description

The HPE StoreOnce Gen5 2-port 10GBASE-T network adapter adds dual 10GbE RJ-45 copper connectivity to HPE StoreOnce Gen5 backup appliances. It is a PCIe adapter, so it can be fitted at the factory or added later as an optional upgrade, making it a practical way to connect a StoreOnce system to an existing 10GBASE-T copper network.

Because both ports use RJ-45 copper, no transceivers are required and standard copper cabling infrastructure can be reused. It is compatible with StoreOnce 3720, 3760, 5720 and 7700 systems and sits alongside the other Gen5 connectivity options, including 10/25Gb SFP and 16Gb and 32Gb Fibre Channel adapters.
