Description

The MSA 2060 SFF Storage Array is a 2U block storage SAN array with 24 x 2.5-inch drive bays and two active/active controllers, each providing four 16Gb Fibre Channel host ports. This configuration gives eight host ports per array for small to mid-sized Fibre Channel SAN environments that need dependable shared storage with SFF drive density.

The array pairs 24GB of system cache with battery-free cache backup, redundant 580W power supplies and 12Gb SAS expansion ports. It scales to 240 SFF drives (HDD or SSD) and up to 7.37PB raw capacity using up to nine expansion enclosures, and it supports mixed LFF and SFF enclosures. Thin provisioning, snapshots, automated tiering and remote replication over Fibre Channel or iSCSI round out the data services.
