Description

This closed-loop liquid cooling heat sink kit is built for the HPE ProLiant Compute DL325 Gen12 1U server. It is the heat sink option for processors rated at 320W or higher, allowing high-TDP AMD EPYC 9005 CPUs to be deployed in a compact 1U rack footprint. The kit contains one closed-loop liquid cooling heat sink.

It is designed to be paired with the DL325 Gen12 Closed-loop Liquid Cooling Fan Kit (P81953-B21), which is required for the cooling solution. Within the DL325 Gen12 cooling matrix it sits above the Standard heat sink (P58456-B21, up to 240W) and the Performance heat sink (P81955-B21, 260W to 300W), making it the choice for the most thermally demanding processor configurations.
