The 3.84TB NVMe PCIe Gen5 EDSFF E3.S SSD is a read-intensive, hot-plug solid state drive in the EC1 carrier format, built for HPE ProLiant Gen11 and Gen12 servers. This PE1010 model uses TLC NAND and supports SPDM for device authentication, making it a strong fit for read-heavy enterprise workloads such as web serving, boot and swap functions and read caching.

Rated at up to 11,526 MiB/s sequential read and 6,363 MiB/s sequential write with 1.39 DWPD endurance, the drive delivers low-latency Gen5 performance in a high-density E3.S form factor with improved thermal management. Enterprise-class protection includes full data path error detection and surprise power loss protection, and HPE SmartSSD Wear Gauge support provides remaining-life diagnostics.
