The HPE P75818-B21 is a rear captive PCIe riser kit for the HPE ProLiant Compute DL340 Gen12 server, in the non-NEBS configuration. It adds rear PCIe expansion to the chassis, providing the optional primary riser (Slot 3) and secondary riser (Slot 6) positions for compatible options such as network cards and storage controllers.

The captive design supports secure, reliable connections for installed PCIe devices. A maximum of two rear captive riser kits can be fitted per server, and the kit is available on SFF and LFF CTO servers with Intel Xeon 6 single-socket processors (6XX1P). It cannot be selected with an SFF CTO server if the OCPB cable kit is selected.
