Description

The Intel Xeon 6768P is a 64-core, 128-thread server processor with a 2.4 GHz base clock and 330 W TDP, supplied as an HPE option kit for ProLiant Gen12 servers such as the DL380a and DL580. Part of the Intel Xeon 6 P-core family (Granite Rapids), it is built for data centre AI and compute-intensive workloads, with turbo frequencies up to 3.9 GHz and 336 MB of cache.

The processor supports DDR5 memory at up to 6400 MT/s across eight channels, PCI Express 5.0 and 4-socket and 8-socket scalability, making it well suited to high-density virtualisation, analytics and large in-memory deployments. It uses the FCLGA4710 socket and supports ECC memory up to 4 TB.
