Description

The Intel Xeon 6741P server processor is a 48-core, 96-thread CPU with a 2.5 GHz base clock, 3.8 GHz maximum turbo, 288 MB cache and a 300 W TDP. Supplied as an HPE option kit for HPE Gen12 servers, it is a single-socket (1S) Granite Rapids part built for demanding virtualisation, database, analytics and AI workloads.

The processor supports eight channels of DDR5-6400 ECC memory up to 4 TB and PCIe 5.0 with 136 lanes, fitting the FCLGA4710 socket. Built-in accelerators, Intel AMX instructions and hardware security features such as SGX, TDX and Total Memory Encryption help organisations consolidate workloads and protect data on modern ProLiant platforms.
