Description

The HPE ProLiant DL360 Gen12 Front Primary OCP NIC Enablement Kit adds a front-panel OCP NIC 3.0 slot to the 10 SFF / 20 E3.S hybrid server, positioned at Box 3, Bay 3. It carries the NIC signal from the rear OCP slot to the front of the chassis, giving easier access to network ports and better cooling for the installed adapter.

This is the Front Primary kit, and the Bay 3 slot is the only front position that provides Shared NIC (NC-SI) and Wake-on-LAN support. The kit includes a 4 E3.S drive cage, PHY board, primary front OCP NIC cable and OCP NIC interposer. It can be paired with the Front Secondary kit (P72597-B21, Box 3 Bay 1) for a dual-slot front OCP deployment.
