Description

The HPE ProLiant DL3XX Gen12 Front DisplayPort & USB Enablement Kit adds a front-panel DisplayPort video output and USB 2.0 port to 1U 4LFF (Large Form Factor) configured DL3XX Gen12 servers. Designed for rack-deployed environments where front-panel console access is essential, this kit eliminates the need to route cables to the rear of the chassis during maintenance or initial setup. Note that when the front DisplayPort and rear VGA are used simultaneously, the front DisplayPort operates in mirror mode only.

This kit is purpose-built for the 4LFF base unit variant of the DL3XX Gen12 family — including DL320, DL325, DL360, and related models — and is not compatible with 8SFF base unit configurations (see P72225-B21 for that variant).
