Description

The HPE ProLiant Compute Gen12 1U Standard Fan Kit is a hot-plug server fan designed for air-cooled 1U ProLiant Compute Gen12 servers, including the DL320, DL360 and DL325. This is the standard fan option (not the high performance variant), and each kit contains a single fan. Seven fans are required per server, so order accordingly for a full build or a complete fan replacement.

The hot-plug design supports straightforward serviceability in the rack. With the standard heatsink, this fan supports CPUs up to 185W TDP on the DL360 Gen12 and up to 240W TDP on the DL325 Gen12 when paired with the standard heatsink P58456-B21. For higher-TDP processors, HPE offers the High Performance Fan Kit P71958-B21 or closed-loop liquid cooling kits as alternatives.
