Description

The HPE P67107-B21 is a 5th Gen Intel Xeon Platinum 8592V server processor with 64 cores and 128 threads, built for HPE ProLiant Gen11 servers. It runs at a 2.0 GHz base clock with turbo up to 3.9 GHz, 320 MB of cache and a 330 W TDP, making it suited to high-density virtualisation, cloud and AI workloads.

Based on the Emerald Rapids architecture, this processor uses the FCLGA4677 socket and supports 2-socket configurations, DDR5 ECC memory up to 4 TB across 8 channels, and PCIe 5.0 with 80 lanes. Built-in Intel AMX and on-chip accelerators (QAT, DLB, DSA and IAA) offload AI, encryption, load balancing and data streaming tasks from the cores.
