Description

The HPE P67097-B21 Intel Xeon Platinum 8558 processor kit is a 48-core, 96-thread server CPU running at a 2.1GHz base clock (up to 4.0GHz turbo) with 260MB of cache and a 330W TDP. Built on the 5th Gen Xeon Scalable platform, it is designed for HPE ProLiant Gen11 servers such as the DL360, DL380 and ML350, and suits virtualisation, database, analytics and AI inference workloads that need high core density and memory bandwidth.

The processor uses the FCLGA4677 socket and supports two-socket (2S) configurations with four 20 GT/s UPI links. It provides eight DDR5-5200 memory channels (1 DPC) with ECC for up to 4TB of memory and 80 lanes of PCIe 5.0. Intel AMX, AVX-512, Intel Speed Select Technology and hardware security features including SGX, TDX and Total Memory Encryption help organisations accelerate workloads while protecting data.
