Description

The Intel Xeon Gold 6433N 32-core server processor is supplied under HPE part number P66235-B21 as an HPE-qualified CPU option for compatible ProLiant servers. It delivers 32 cores and 64 threads at a 2.0GHz base clock with up to 3.6GHz max turbo, a 60 MB cache and a 205W TDP, making it well suited to network, edge and virtualised infrastructure workloads.

Built on the 4th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable (Sapphire Rapids) platform in an edge-enhanced configuration, it supports 8-channel DDR5-4400 ECC memory up to 4 TB and 64 PCIe 4.0 lanes. Intel vRAN Boost, Intel Deep Learning Boost and a Data Streaming Accelerator device help with virtualised RAN, AI inference and data movement tasks. The processor uses the FCLGA4677 socket and supports single-socket (1S) configurations only.
