Description

The HPE PM893a 480GB SATA 6G read intensive SSD is a 2.5in small form factor enterprise solid state drive supplied in a basic carrier for HPE ProLiant and other HPE compute platforms. Rated at 1 DWPD with 876 TBW of lifetime writes, it delivers random read performance of up to 78,779 IOPS (4KiB, Q32) and is built for big data analytics, cloud computing, active archiving, database and data warehousing workloads.

This hot-pluggable drive supports 6 Gb/s SATA, includes full data-path error detection to maintain data accuracy, and uses HPE Digitally Signed Firmware to guard against unauthorised firmware modification. SmartSSD Wear Gauge support allows lifespan monitoring across your server fleet.
