Description

The HPE ProLiant DL320 Gen11 8EDSFF x4 NVMe Drive Cage Kit is an 8-bay EDSFF (E3.S) drive cage option for the DL320 Gen11 GPU CTO server. It uses a direct attach x4 NVMe connection, letting the GPU-dense 1U chassis host EDSFF NVMe SSDs for low-latency storage.

This cage is compatible only with the HPE ProLiant DL320 Gen11 GPU CTO Server (P61218-B21). When used with the GPU 4x Direct Connected NVMe FIO Enablement Kit (P62181-B21), up to four EDSFF drives can be populated, for a maximum EDSFF NVMe capacity of 61.44 TB using 15.36 TB drives. It is an alternative to the 4SFF x4 Tri-Mode U.3 cage (P61221-B21) in the same server.
