Description

The HPE ProLiant DL385 Gen11 x16 2U Secondary Riser Kit adds a PCIe 5.0 x16 slot (Slot 6) to the secondary riser position of a 2U DL385 Gen11 server. It supports one full-height, half-length expansion card and attaches to Processor 2, making it a practical way to add network, storage controller or GPU capacity to a dual-processor build.

This kit is the starting point of the Secondary Riser configuration for the DL385 Gen11. It can be expanded later with the P68392-B21 upgrade riser kit for two slots in total, or the P57891-B21 upgrade riser kit for three slots in total, so the server can grow as workloads change.
