Description

The AMD EPYC 9554P 64-core processor is a single-socket (1P) server CPU for HPE ProLiant Gen11 servers, delivering 64 cores and 128 threads at a 3.1GHz base clock with boost up to 3.75GHz. With a 360W TDP and 256MB of L3 cache, it suits dense virtualisation, database and general-purpose compute workloads in single-socket rack servers.

Based on the 4th Gen AMD EPYC 9004 platform, it uses the SP5 socket and supports DDR5-4800 memory. It is a core option for the HPE ProLiant DL325 Gen11. This is a processor-only option, so a compatible heatsink and fan kit must be ordered separately.
