This AMD EPYC 9554 server processor is the HPE option-kit CPU for SP5 platforms, delivering 64 cores and 128 threads at a 3.1 GHz base clock with boost up to 3.75 GHz. With 256 MB of L3 cache and a 360 W default TDP, it suits dense virtualisation, analytics, HPC and CAE workloads in 1P and 2P server configurations.

Built on the 4th Gen EPYC 9004 platform, it supports 12-channel DDR5-4800 memory and PCIe 5.0 with 128 lanes for high memory bandwidth and fast I/O. AMD Infinity Guard and AMD Infinity Architecture provide hardware-level security and scalable platform design, and the configurable TDP range of 320-400 W lets you tune performance and power to the deployment.
