The Intel Xeon Platinum 8468H server processor delivers 48 cores and 96 threads at a 2.1GHz base frequency, boosting up to 3.8GHz. With 105MB of cache and a 330W TDP, this HPE option kit CPU is built for demanding virtualisation, database and mission-critical workloads on 4th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable HPE ProLiant Gen11 servers.

Based on the Sapphire Rapids architecture, it supports eight-channel DDR5-4800 ECC memory up to 4TB and PCIe 5.0, with scalability up to eight sockets. Built-in security technologies including Intel SGX, Trusted Execution Technology and Total Memory Encryption help protect sensitive data at the hardware level.
