Description

This server riser kit adds NEBS-compliant PCIe 5.0 expansion to the HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen11 2U server. Designed for the secondary and tertiary riser positions, it provides three x16 physical PCIe 5.0 slots with x8, x16 and x8 electrical connectivity, suited to telecom and harsh-environment deployments.

The NEBS-compliant riser requires a dual-processor configuration. NEBS risers cannot be mixed with non-NEBS risers or combined with GPU risers, so plan the slot layout before ordering. When Primary and Secondary NEBS risers are selected, the Tertiary riser cannot be added, and the Tertiary riser is also unavailable with 24 NVMe or 32 NVMe bundles.
