Description

This 300GB SAS 12Gb/s 10K rpm 2.5-inch SFF hard drive is a hot-plug Mission Critical drive supplied in an HPE Basic Carrier, designed for HPE ProLiant Gen10 Plus and similar servers. It is the Multi Vendor (-K21) variant of the P40430-B21 option and uses a 512n sector format.

The 12G SAS interface and 10,000 rpm spindle speed suit mission-critical and I/O-intensive server workloads, while the hot-plug design allows drives to be replaced without taking the server offline.
