Description

The HPE P28586-K21 is a 1.2TB SAS 12Gb/s hard drive in a 2.5-inch SFF form factor, spinning at 10,000 rpm. Supplied in a Basic Carrier (BC) with a 512n sector format and Multi Vendor firmware, it is a hot-plug Mission Critical drive suited to 24x7 enterprise server and storage workloads, backed by a 3-year warranty.

Built for HPE ProLiant servers and storage, this drive supports Pre-Failure Alert (SMART) reporting when used with an HPE Smart Array controller and Systems Insight Manager, allowing drives to be replaced under warranty before they fail. It offers up to 195 MiB/s maximum sequential throughput and operates across a 10 to 35 degrees Celsius range.
