Description

The HP 141J6AA 1GbE LAN Flex Port Network Adapter, 2020 Model, adds a single RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet port to compatible HP workstations and desktops through the system Flex IO port. Built around a Realtek RTL8153 10/100/1000 controller, it suits deployments that need a second wired network connection for segregated networks, management traffic or higher availability.

The module supports Energy Efficient Ethernet, IEEE 802.1Q VLAN tagging and Wake-on-LAN, and runs over Category 5e or better cabling at distances up to 100 m. It is designed for HP workstations such as the Z2 Mini G9 and communicates with the host system using the USB protocol over the Flex IO connector.
